We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are not completely satisfied then you must log a return within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A full refund of the item or an exchange for a different size or different item of equal value or store credit can be made.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days. SALE items are not eligible for return
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org SALE items are not eligible for exchange.
Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days after your order has been placed. We deliver nationwide (South Africa). Delivery is free for all orders over R850 and R100 for all overs less than R850. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items if your order was less than R850. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
